Polishing Process
Grinding & Polishing: Grind steel sheet surface after machine cutting, remove hole wall burrs (not needed for sparse components)
Electrolytic Polishing: After grinding & polishing, electrolytically polish hole walls through current and chemicals. After electrolytic polishing, stencils have better solder paste release and demolding in use (for dense-pin ICs or BGA components)
